Job Description
Our company is looking for a reliable, organized Customer Service Representative to handle in and outbound calls. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, a desire to work as efficiently as possible and demonstrate excellent time management skills.

Job Responsibilities Include:
- Answering phone calls; inputting orders; and confirming scheduled services
- Quoting prices from a provided rate sheet.
- Taking payments over the phone and colleting outstanding balances
- Indoor Sales.
- Miscellaneous filing and copying.
Required Skills:
- Experience with MS Office
- Pleasant phone demeanor
- Great interpersonal skills
- Organized and self-motivated
- Attention to detail is critical to this position
- Ability to multitask
Experience:
- Customer Service/ Call Center: 2 years (Preferred)
- Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Experience in a Transportation or Construction office is a plus
- Bilingual {English/Spanish} a plus
