WBA has an opening for an Account Manager in our commercial department. This position can be a hybrid role, offering a couple days a week of remote work. The salary range is between $42K-$60K and would include commission on top of the base salary. In addition, WBA pays for 100% of the employee's medical insurance!

Commercial Lines Account Managers are responsible for building and maintaining relationships with assigned clients and serving as those client’s main point of contact for any support that is needed throughout the duration of their tenure with the agency. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Support clients as needed with certificate requests, change requests, billing questions, audits and other service needs that may arise
• Remarket policy renewals, contact clients, complete application forms, create renewal proposals, and handle other renewal activities in coordination with the producer
• Review customer accounts and make recommendations on additional policy/coverage needs to ensure they are properly covered
• Review audits of policies, ensure compliance, verify accuracy, and handle questions and concerns
• Set priorities and manage workflow to ensure efficient, timely, and accurate processing of transactions, tasks, and service requests
