*Position Overview:
*
The main function of the Dispatcher is to coordinate warehouse related activities for inbound and outbound products.
*Responsibilities:
*
- Work with shore-based logistics personnel to ensure proper coordination of equipment and personnel.
- Communicate with sales, procurement, warehouse team, suppliers, and customers to ensure orders are shipped on-time and in-full.
- Review inbound orders to verify bill of lading matches quantities received and perform goods receipt.
- Assign and confirm warehouse tasks for forklift operator picks, putaways, and bin consolidations.
- Maintain accurate warehouse storage locations by inputting package specifications, addressing issues, and updating SAP in a timely manner.
- Verify customer orders include all required documentation and labels prior to shipping.
- Assist with quarterly inventory counts.
- File/scan sales order documentation in accordance with retention schedule.
*Required Qualifications/Skills:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED/equivalent required
- 3 years of experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent phone skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and utilize technology.
- Must ensure prompt investigation and resolution of complaints and incidents in compliance with company policy.

- Associates Degree or higher preferred, but not required
- Prior oil and gas industry experience preferred, but not required
*Education:

- Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED/equivalent required, Associate’s degree or higher preferred
