A top multispecialty community center in Sullivan County is an experienced FNP or PA to join their established health care team. Job Function

Primary Care APRN will provide care to newborns through geriatrics
Evaluates patient’s health status and educates patients by teaching preventative care, patient volume is approx 20-25
Documents patients’ history and treatments
Shift-based schedule, set up front and time and a half for extra shifts
Combination of outpatient practice and "express care" treating walk-ins
Flexible scheduling options, either Sunday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, open to accommodate either a 9-5 pm or 10-6 pm schedule

Job Requirements

Training as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
NY State license, DEA, CSR (active or applied preferred) but not required
Board Certification/PANCE
