As a Service Technician at WCTractor, you will:
- Master Diagnostics and Repairs: Perform advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and construction equipment.
- Utilize Cutting-Edge Resources: Access an abundance of resources to understand each unique equipment specification.
- Versatile Work Environment: Conduct services, set-ups, and repairs both in the shop and out in the field.
- Detailed Reporting: Complete detailed reports and forms related to work assignments.

- Safety Commitment: Adhere to all safety guidelines and requirements.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least one year of related experience.
- Tools: Your own full set of tools.
- License: A valid driver’s license.
- Physical Capability: Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and push/pull up to 150 pounds multiple times per day.
