We currently have an opening for a Recruiter on our Talent Care team. We are open to hiring for remote work in any location. Candidates who are local to Dublin, OH or Irvine, CA would be able to work in our office and/or remote.
As a Recruiter, you are responsible for assisting the internal and external recruiting processes for staffing WD Partners' corporate office and nationwide regional business units. In this role, you will be building on your experience sourcing candidates, interviewing and presenting recommendations of qualified candidates for technical, administrative, executive, and managerial positions throughout the company. This position is an integral part of the Talent Care team on supporting and executing tactical plans to support the company strategic goals.
Preferred Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Prior experience in recruiting, ideally a team environment, is necessary
- Prior experience or willingness to develop sourcing or researching skills to identify new candidate names and contact information is necessary
- Basic skills in interviewing techniques, with the ability to provide recommendations on candidates for interview
- Able to effectively communicate and interact with all levels of associates in the organization and handle confidential information in an appropriate and discreet manner
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite of progrrams and the aptitude (and interest) to learn new technologies quickly
- Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced environment
- Basic knowledge of Employment Standards and federal and state laws regarding employment practices is preferred
