We Are Airstream is hiring! Several positions need to be filled immediately, starting in our Service dept. We have several Service Advisor positions available.

The right candidates will have strong verbal and written communications skills, detail oriented, capable of multitasking, and reflect professionalism with customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities include but not limited to : Check-in of new inventory delivered from the factoryWrite up warranty tickets on check ins, send into warranty dept for auth, track unit through warranty process.
write up internal repairs for units sold that are assignedupsell packages & upgradeswrite retail and body shop ticketsfollow units through the system, check on statuscommunicate to customers the repairs, and cost in written and verbal format.
prepare tickets with all charges for parts and laborQC work prior to contacting customer for pick upmeet daily with team members to go over deliveries and pick upsbring ideas for creating a better experience for our customersWe have had tremendous growth in our service department, this allows our service advisors the ability to maximize their potential.
