WeCare is actively seeking a motivated HR / Recruiting Assistant for our Pennsylvania community! We are looking for someone to be a generalist to assist our human resource and recruiting department with multiple of our long term care facilities!
Job Description:
· Assist in scheduling and coordinating interviews
· Assist with ATS system tracking
· Communicate with candidates
· Assist with payroll
· Assist with retention
· Assist with general HR duties
· Assist new hire onboarding
· Assist with other duties as assigned
· Local PA travel to facilities
Shift:
Full – Time
Candidate Qualifications:
· Previous Clinical Experience
· Previous General Human Resource Experience
· Previous General Recruiting Experience
· Previous General Payroll Experience
