What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services Agent position at We Care Spa?
Guest Service Agents are the primary Customer Service position within the Spa. It is the Guest Service Agent’s responsibility to ensure our guests a welcoming, safe, comfortable environment for the intimate We Care Spa mind-body-spirit experience. Guest Service Agents accomplish this through strong program, treatment and product knowledge, detailed attention to guest communication and needs, solid intra- and inter-departmental cooperation. Guest Service Agents must work as a team to accomplish these services for to the guest.
You will train on every aspect of the We Care Spa Program, including our customized spa treatments and proprietary nutritional fasting program. Our guests travel from across the US and around the world to experience our life-changing approach to health via our detoxifying and juice-fasting regimen, so a background in the destination spa and luxury hotel industries is a plus.
This is a full-time position of 40 hours per week and can include early and/or late shifts, as well as weekends. Full-time benefits include paid sick time, vacation, holiday premium pay, medical insurance, 401(k), holiday savings, and discounts on Spa services and We Care products.
Starting Pay: Commensurate with experience, PLUS shared Team gratuities
Requirements:
- Education: High School or GED
- Experience: 1-2 years of related experience, luxury hotel experience a plus.
