IT Tech Position
Full-Time
4pm-1am - During the training period the hours will be day turn
Sunday-Thursday
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Primary contact for receiving and for troubleshooting all PC hardware, software, network, telephone, hand-held scanners, and system-related issues
- Responsible for installing all standard PC software and any software unique to the user`s job duties
- Responsible for performing backups and end of night procedures on the iSeries
Required
- Must have strong PC skills
- Must be detailed oriented and be able to problem solve
- Ability to troubleshoot all types of computer systems, printers, and peripherals
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently and with little or no supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work closely with fellow employees and management
- IBM iSeries (AS/400) experience is a plus
Background check and drug test will be required
