What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive- Tori Allen position at Weave HQ Employment Verification?

Scope of job:

  • In this role an agent is responsible for managing the entire sales cycle from finding a potential client to securing a deal. With the main focus of securing a deal by performing a demonstration of the Weave product. 

Reports to:

  • Sales Director or AE Team Lead

Classification:

  • Salary Exempt

Hours:

  • Full time - 40 hours per week

Supervisory Responsibility:

  • None

Essential job functions:

List essential skills:

  • Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs.

  • Exhibit negotiation and collaboration skills

  • Ability to articulate desired message to sell the product 

  • Can perform a demo of the functions and utility of product

  • Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale.

  • Track activity of sales including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems

  • Research and find potential customers to call

  • Ensure that pipeline is filled

  • Present products to prospective clients

  • Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers’ dedication

  • Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs

  • Proficient with Salesforce, join.me, Frontspin, and Gong

  • Ability to understand and utilize multiple different softwares. 

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR

  • At least two years of related closing experience required.

Physical Demands:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

  • May be required to travel.

  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds at time..

  • Prolonged periods of standing and walking at shows.
