What are the responsibilities and job description for the Slaughter Production position at Weaver Meats?
Butcher will assist in slaughtering animal as well as bleeding, skinning, hide pulling, splitting and trimming carcasses. They will wash carcasses, weigh them and push them into hanging cooler. Load inedible product into rendering truck and help clean up at end of the day. On days where there is no slaughter, you will help in the processing room deboning meat.

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
