Weaver Superior Walls is a construction company that manufactures and installs precast concrete wall foundations for residential homes. Our core values are Quality; Service; Compassion, Care & Respect; and Integrity.

We are seeking EXPERIENCED, reliable Installation Team Member with a proven work history and strong work ethic to handle jobsite Foreman duties. These team members will be ready to come in to work on their first day and take on a short period of acclimation and training in order to lead, direct, and motivate the activities of our Install & Transportation crews on jobsites for safe and efficient foundation installation. Experience in building layout including setting, squaring, and leveling of walls is preferred. Start time is typically 5:30am.

All Experienced Install employees must be able to:

• Work OT;
• Move/lift 80 lbs.;
• Climb up and down a ladder frequently;
• Stand, walk, bend, kneel, twist constantly;
• Accurately and consistently read a tape measure;
• Have a high awareness of safety for themselves and others;
• Interpret construction drawings and calculate construction math problems;
• Understand and utilize hand signals for crane & rigging operations;
• Communicate well with team members and customers at the jobsite;
• Have a valid driver’s license and qualify to obtain a DOT Medical Card; and
• Report to work on time every day. Reliable transportation to work on a daily basis is a MUST!

Jobsite leadership experience in the construction industry is required. Prior experience working with concrete, masonry, poured or precast walls is preferred. Candidates for this position will drive a company vehicle to/from jobsites. Our Foremen are leaders who inspire their team to work well together to meet our customers’ expectations each and every time.
