For the right person, this job will be unique and enjoyable every day. This role will be 60% business and 40% domestic. It will be essential that you have a solid history of running a household as well as business bookkeeping and some office management. My wife and I have three fun kids ages 7, 9, 11 and a dog.
Responsibilities:
Continuously document and optimize processes
Full-cyle accounting duties
Code and enter invoices
AP, AR, and invoicing
Ensure GL accuracy
Process payroll
Deposit checks
Commissions
Reconcile accounts
Prepare reports
Monitor cash
Office Management
Coordinate teams

Requirements:
Excellent written and verbal communicator
Responsable, efficient, discrete and organized
2 years bookkeeping experience
2 years house manager experience
Clean driving record
Good credit
