About National Partners

Dedicated to providing the highest standards in the premium finance industry, National Partners, a wholly owned subsidiary of WebBank, works with clients of all sizes through its commercial insurance agent and broker relationships. Responsive service, ease of use and creative solutions are its hallmarks. It also offers funding programs to third-party premium finance companies, often those affiliated with agents, brokers, and MGAs, so that these smaller premium finance companies can access capital to grow and expand.

Job Summary

The State License Analyst reports to the President of National Partners and is responsible for maintaining, organizing and filing all state regulatory filings for the company.  Filings include Secretary of State annual filings, state specific regulatory monthly filings, renewals and annual reports.  This position is also responsible for responding to all audit requests in a timely manner and keeping management informed of all issues and outcomes.  The Analyst will also perform UCC searches, and filings as needed as well as regulatory research.

National Partners has an easy-to-use tool which provides the state filing schedule and detailed specifics of the filing requirements.  Prior filings are available for review/comparison.

The state filings ask very similar questions, so most questions required in a filing are repetitive between the various State filings, with only rare unique information required.  Careful reading and accurate responses are the main job requirement, as well as ability to manage the timing and deadlines of the regulatory filings.

This is a part-time position with flexible hours based on the schedule of filings and while there are some peak periods (like end of Q1) the work is generally spread over the 12-month calendar.
