What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Analyst Supervisor position at WebbMason Marketing?
The main focus of this position is to manage the Corporate Reporting and Sales Support Department to ensure the continued positive client and internal Sales and Account Specialist relationship, as well as, ensuring internal controls are being followed. Also, this position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of summary billing, in addition to the validity and accuracy of all database queries and reporting distributed to any internal and external recipient.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Manage and Train staff to accurately and efficiently meet summary billing due dates.
- Manage and Train staff to accurately and efficiently meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and annual client and internal Sales and Customer Service Reporting due dates
- Implement and maintain Quality Control procedures to ensure accuracy and validity of all data queried and distributed to any internal or external recipient
- Manage staff to support sales and customer service on non-reporting administrative aspects of client management
- Manage JIRA report request inbox/que so that requests are met timely and accurate, and that the 24-48 hour maximum response time policy is adhered to.
- Responsible for alternate invoicing process, where specialized client invoicing requirements are present
- Various Adhoc projects as assigned
- Query multiple databases including SQL, Provide-X, Oracle, and others, including some external client managed applications.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Prior Database Query Experience 3-5 years
- Prior Management Experience 3-5 years
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, Outlook
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills required
- Professional Communication between internal and external contacts
- Ability to multi-task
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to motive staff and communicate with all business units effectively
- Accountability of Staff and meeting deadlines is very important
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent of Associates Degree or Certificate from a 2 Year college with management experience
