ROLE SUMMARY:
The HR Specialist will partner with the HR Director to execute Webfoot's recruiting timeline and will perform many aspects of the hiring process including phone screens, interviews, reference checks, pre-employment screens, job fairs, community networking, new hire orientation and onboarding paperwork. In addition, this position will manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and also supports other HR functions.
TOP 3 OUTCOMES IN YEAR 1:
- Ensure Feet on the Street (recruiting) goals are met for all departments.
- Expand the recruiting network by partnering with local agencies and businesses.
- Manage Applicant Tracking System so candidate pool and metrics are accurate.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruiting goals met, including each category, each month
- All applicants in ATS are cleared out of the system (contacted or status changed) on a weekly basis.
- New Hire Checklists are completed for onboarding employees.
- Manage uniforms and safety equipment for new hires, Webfoot Way meetings, and general distribution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be able to work well under stress to meet weekly/monthly recruiting metrics
- Must have strong attention to detail, be a critical-thinker, and problem-solver
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Must be proficient in computer applications including Google applications, Applicant Tracking System (ATS), Paylocity, etc.
- Strong desire to exceed internal customer expectations
- Strong time management and organization habits

Base compensation: $50k DOE per year
