Our San Diego office is seeking a Client Service Associate to support assigned Financial Advisors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide sales and administrative support to customers and Financial Advisors
- Maintain client account information and assist Financial Advisors with special projects as needed
- Coordinate and prepare for client review meetings and set up new accounts
- Organize and maintain calendar and meeting schedule
- Process invoices, check requests, and expense reports
- Research and arranges detailed travel plans: prepare travel itineraries and compiles all documents and information needed for travel and appointments
- Interact with customers both in person and on the phone
- Prepare correspondence, presentations and reports
- Follow up on deadline-driven tasks and issues
- Answer phones and take detailed, accurate messages
- Maintain files and documents
- Perform other tasks and duties as required and assigned
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university, preferred but not required
- 2 years broker/dealer administrative and sales support preferred, but not required
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses preferred, but not required
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Basic/working knowledge of general office procedures and equipment (multi-line phones, FAX, computer and keyboard skills)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Professional appearance and demeanor essential
- Positive 'can-do' attitude, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines required
