Our Los Angeles office is seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to support assigned Financial Advisors.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Review and process New Account Paperwork
- Review LOAs, ACH, IRA distribution forms for completion/errors before routing to appropriate departments
- Process and deposit incoming checks and verify end of day balance
- Assist Wealth Management Advisor(s) with processes
- File documents and maintain files
- Perform other duties as required and assigned
Required Experience:
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university- 2 years broker/dealer administrative and sales support required
- FINRA Series 7 license required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail oriented, and the ability to prioritize daily work flow
- Strong customer service skills
