About the role:
This role performs routine clerical, secretarial and administrative work including data processing and record keeping. The receptionist receives the public and provides customer assistance.
What you'll do:- Greet guests and vendors and respond to their needs
- Prepare kitchen supplies for the day
- Manage conference room scheduling
- Manage lunch system by ordering lunch, managing lunch accounts, and coordinating food trucks on a weekly basis
- Sort, distribute, prepare, certify mail as needed
- Schedule pick-ups with post office, UPS and FedEx
- Monitor all courier activity to ensure that packages are being forwarded or delivered to the appropriate person
- Generate change of ownerships (COOs) for properties that are purchased and occupied
- Collect deposits from employees to be sent to bank
- Answer, screen and distribute phone calls
- Operate listed office machines as required
- Compose, type and edit correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material
- Assist public with the use of department facilities
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
- 2 or more years of front desk or receptionist experience
- Excellent communication skills
- High levels of ethics and integrity
- Results driven, focused and flexible
- Ability to multi task and take initiative
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service skills
