The role of the Demand Generation Manager:
The Demand Generation Manager will own the strategy and execution to acquire B2B pipeline. This includes demand generation, nurture strategy across multiple paid and owned channels, and designing and optimizing funnels rooted in an ABM approach. To succeed, you must be a data-informed, full-funnel growth marketer who is highly analytical, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented.
In this role, you will:
- Lead initiatives to drive demand generation, including developing the strategy, planning, and execution to meet company growth targets.
- Build the foundation for ABM through a healthy and economical acquisition channel portfolio to contribute B2B top-of-funnel pipeline, increase conversion rates throughout top and middle-of-the-funnel, reduce time to conversion, and reduce CAC.
- Optimize conversion funnels to decrease the time to convert and protect from leaks in the funnel.
- Own performance analytics across the entire funnel/CRM (inbound and outbound) and deliver critical reporting to Revenue leaders.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Client Success, and Product to build a bottom-up growth approach and build growth loops.
- Act as a coach to junior members of the Marketing team who may be supporting on execution needs to carry out the strategies you have built.
You'll excel at this role if you have:
- 4 years experience leading B2B acquisition strategy with demonstrated success in pipeline contribution through paid and organic channels, especially with enterprise-level organizations. Deep knowledge of B2B CRM systems and tools (Hubspot, Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Marketo, Pardot, Terminus etc,) and demand generation.
- Experience with marketing automation and enabling sales teams with material and activities to promote the lead generation, conversion, and thought leadership.
- Fluency in analyzing data, summarizing/presenting it, and quickly acting on it. Well-versed in analytics packages, reporting formats, budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing marketing ops to ensure we grow responsibly.
- An assertive, action-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
- Entrepreneurial DNA mindset for rolling up your sleeves and solving stuff all the time, combined with a naturally self-directed outlook, and if you don’t have the answer, you figure it out.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and proven ability to influence across the organization.

- Familiarity with employee benefits brokers and consultancies, specifically related to enterprise-level self-funded employer groups.
