Weed Man Lawn Care is the franchised portion of the company that specializes in fertilization and weed control services. The company has grown exponentially over the last 5 years expanding to 3 different markets (Cincinnati, OH, and Nashville, TN ) growing from 2000 customers to 15,000 customers. Customer Service Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Responsible for helping train, coach, & mentor all Customer Service Representatives
- Ability to learn & present all Weed Man customer service training to new employees
- Possess competent training skills related to training new customer service representatives
- Assists in achieving all company goals as per budget
- Serve as a carrier of company culture and a role model for all Customer Service Representatives
- Monitor and measure all customer service standards
- 2 years Customer Service Supervision REQUIRED
- Experience with the supervision of remote staff PREFERRED
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PP, Excel)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 - $35,000.00 per year
