Responsibilities
- Manage the technical department to meet customer service requirements
- Execute the company’s strategy for the future development of the department
- Align Technicians with the goals of the department
- Supervise, train and coach Technicians
- Ensure all technical equipment is in order
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required to meet the goals of the company
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid Turf Management and Registered Technician applicators license, or willingness to obtain one
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Docs
- Ability to work in a results-oriented environment
- 3-4 years in a management position in a related industry preferred
- Previous experience in lawn care considered an asset, but not required
