Position Summary:
Customer Service Representatives play a pivotal part in our clients' satisfaction. Whether you’re responding to a homeowner’s question about their lawn, following up on a service request, helping our technicians with account questions, rescheduling an application, or going over account statement details, the CSR is a key role in keeping our clients informed, satisfied, and happy.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately manage the Accounts Receivable functions (process payments and checks, debit/credit customer accounts, soft collections, answer questions regarding account statements and balances, etc.)
- Effectively communicate extensive knowledge on applicable Lawn Care Services to homeowners so they can make decisions about their property via phone, email, or SMS
- Schedule client requests for Service Calls and Lawn Care Quotes accurately and efficiently
- De-escalate customer concerns and effectively pinpoint and solve their needs with a "1 Call - 1 Resolution" Mindset
- Process service reschedules by accurately notating the account and communicating with the Operations Manager, Scheduling Manager, and Truck Builder
- Analyze client account information and update data as necessary based on client interaction
- Work closely with the on-site Operations Team to stay informed on lawn conditions as they are a dynamic part of lawn care
- Communicate proactively and with intention to other CSR Staff members regarding client accounts to resolve concerns
- Effectively follow up with clients about the status of ongoing concerns
- Onboard new clients by informing them of potential services and close the sale
- Assist with various Office Operations and Reporting when requested as responsibilities permit
Qualifications:
- Have a high school diploma
- Excellent Work Attendance
- A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in an office management/customer service or related position
- Managerial experience in an office environment is preferred
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
