Job Summary:
The IT Technician is responsible for the initial response to incoming IT troubleshooting requests from associates at all levels of the organization offering exceptional technical service to the end users, and for provisioning technology equipment used by associates. This role will deal with the many different forms of technology (both hardware and software) on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
· Provide courteous and timely first level on-site and/ or remote technical support to all phone calls, emails, and tickets for IT related requests.
· Create open tickets, manage, resolve issues, and/or forward, as appropriate.
· Support end users appropriately, with a sense of urgency.
· Prepare new or replacement technology equipment for associates.
· Process returned technology equipment from associates.
· Work with vendors as appropriate to resolve hardware and software issues.
· Work collaboratively with other IT members to resolve customer requests.
Preferred:
· 2- or 4-year degree in an IT related field, IT certification, or ITIL
· Previous technical or IT experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $66,000.00 per year
