Base Salary: $70,000 - $85,000 yearly

Job summary:
We are seeking a driven Account Executive experienced in driving sales within high-profile B2B accounts. Ideal candidates have the communication and savvy to provide the kind of service that will drive Well Woven's market expansion to new levels.
What you'll do:
Manage daily communications - virtual and in-person - with wholesale accounts
Foster, maintain, and build new relationships with new B2B accounts
Leverage data analysis and synthesis to drive sales to completion, including negotiation and closing stages
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and data teams to predict, report, and address account behaviors, needs, and challenges
Drive expansion of sales within existing accounts resulting in higher order volume for both new and existing SKUs
Research competitor pricing, engagement, and promotions
Track quarterly sales goal progress and make recommendations as needed
Support market research and new account development
Other duties as assigned
What you'll need:
As a specialist in your field, you're a collaborative self-starter who is able to work in a fast-paced environment with a certain level of ambiguity. In addition, you should have:
At least 3 years of B2B sales experience in a similar role
Knowledge of the retail/e-commerce industry is a strong plus
A track record of exciting goals and quotas
Experience in, and working knowledge of, the B2B sales cycle, guiding accounts from prospect to post-sale
White-glove approach to customer service tempered by strong emotional intelligence
High level of computer proficiency and savvy, including CRM experience
Superior communication skills and ability to influence partners and leaders
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
Ability to analyze and synthesize data to drive sales results
Natural team-player capable of coordinating cross-functional efforts
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline is a plus
