```Duties```
- Provide direct patient care and support to individuals under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.

```Experience```
- Must be a licensed vocational nurse (LVN) in the state of [Location].
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and equipment.
- Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Skills:

- Experience with tube feeding and medication administration.
