Wellesley College is looking for a master multitasker with excellent organization skills and an upbeat attitude to be a part of the Registrar’s Office customer service team. The successful candidate will provide effective and professional assistance to the College community (students, faculty and staff) and visitors, via phone, in-person, and e-mail. They must value and consistently deliver accurate, responsive and timely results and meet daily challenges both as an individual contributor and as a team member. Service Associates must be comfortable with computers, data, general office tasks, and excel at both verbal and written communication. Most importantly, Service Associates must have a genuine desire to meet the needs of others and at the same time consistently adhere to Wellesley’s academic rules and standards.
