Nurse Manager

The Nurse Manager will manage the utilization management team and case management team. This will consist of prior authorization, utilization review, appeals, and case management team. The Nurse Manager will work closely with the director of clinical operations.

Responsibilities:

·        Responsible for enforcing all policies, procedures, and protocols.

·        The Nurse Manager acts as an extension of the leadership team at WellGuide Health.

·        Conducts chart audits for their team.

·        Monitors productivity within their team.

·        Addresses all needs and challenges related to staffing, training, and day-to-day issues.

·        Works collaboratively with the Director of Clinical Operations.

This is a full-time remote work from home position.

This position may require working evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.

This role involves sitting for extended periods and using a computer extensively.

Must have high speed internet access – preferably ethernet connection.
