Administrative duties
Compile weekly payroll timecards for Chester, PA personnel
HR Support – understanding of Company policies & benefits to answer employee inquiries
Weekly, monthly, quarterly payroll tax filings
Ability to organize and maintain employee personnel files
Bookkeeping duties
General knowledge of bookkeeping related to A/R, A/P and invoice vouching for monthly workpaper analysis
Processing and entry of monthly employee benefits invoices
Ability to read and interrupt financial statement information
Other duties
Preparation of annual corporate registrations and prequalification’s
Ability to learn the roles of current A/R & A/P personnel
Notary Public or ability to obtain certification
Qualifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Word and Excel)
ERP software experience a must; Microsoft Navision software experience a plus
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper
High School diploma required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
