Responsibilities:
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the company
- Source and attract candidates through various channels, including cold calling, online job boards, social media, and employee referrals
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers
- Facilitate the selection process by conducting reference checks and background screenings
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
- Stay updated on employment labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process
- Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors
- Utilize HR sourcing techniques to build a strong candidate pipeline
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Taleo or Workday
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with candidates and hiring managers
- Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and conduct thorough interviews
- Knowledge of employee orientation, succession planning, and employee evaluation processes
- Strong research skills to identify potential candidates through various channels
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
