SUMMARY
Responsible for Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Account Reconciliations, Month-end journal entries and Financial Reporting.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE:
· Assist month-end close process, preparing accrual and other journal entries
· Prepare various balance sheet reconciliations monthly
· Strong understanding of accrual-based accounting required
· Maintain fixed assets subsystem, post depreciation entries to GL, and reconcile any differences
· Assist in the development, production, distribution and maintenance of financial statements
· Company Standalone Statements
· Consolidated and consolidating
· Departmental
· Board packet
· Strong understanding of intercompany relationships
· Assist with preparing annual budgets
· Provide research and general support as needed for:
· Manage monthly billings and weekly accounts receivable
· Other duties as assigned
· 1-3 years’ experience preferred

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
4-year accounting degree preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with management and co-workers.
REASONING ABILITY:
Problem identification and resolution skills are essential.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
CPA candidate preferred
