In this role, you will :
- Participate in a variety of activities to support growth in Independent Solutions (IS) across the RIA Channel, First Clearing, and FiNet
- Review and research strategies and action plans to establish effective processes while meeting performance metrics and policy expectations
- Develop a good understanding of department policies, procedures, and controls
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing business operations to ensure success in meeting business goals and objectives
- Collaborate and consult with other team members and managers
- Identify process improvements and control enhancements
- Exercise good judgement in order to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Required Qualifications :
2 years of Business Execution or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications :
- Experience in wealth management, brokerage preferred.
- Experience in managing project plans, task lists, etc.
- Ability to track, manage, and monitor project deliverables
- Intermediate experience in manipulating data and using Excel functions including v-lookup, pivot tables, etc.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) experience
SharePoint experience preferred
- Basic experience in creating PowerPoint presentations
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and functional areas
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast paced environment
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Job Expectations :
Follow the Wells Fargo enterprise guidelines which is currently a hybrid work schedule each week (in the office at least 3 days and 2 days remote)
This position is subject to FINRA Background Screening Requirements, including successful completion and clearing of a background check.
Internal transfers are subject to comply with 17 CRF 240.17f-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and FINRA Bylaws, Article III, Section 3, which states that Associated Persons should not be subject to statutory disqualification.
Successful candidates must also meet ongoing regulatory requirements including additional screening and are required to report certain incidents.

- Independent Solutions (IS) Transition Services team to support growth in the RIA Channel, First Clearing, and FiNet. This includes Channel Transfers, FA Onboarding, Broker Dealer onboarding, deconversions, etc.
- Provide support to the Independent Solutions Transition Services team
- Analyze data files and complete validation for transition related client mailings
- Support reporting needs for Channel Transfers
- Collaborate with Refinitiv, WFA Ops & IT partners to establish new firm parameters and onboard assets for Broker Dealer conversions
- Participate in a variety of assigned and ongoing efforts to ensure success in achieving business goals and objectives
- Utilize independent judgment to guide moderate risk deliverables
