In this role, you will:
- Analyze the market to understand customer needs and competitive positioning
- Work with business stakeholders to define the optimal money movement journey, resolving healthy tension between LOB product owners to develop best in class payment experiences
- Develop an understanding of unmet customer needs and work with lines of business to develop solutions to generate new revenues
- Facilitate strategy and planning sessions by bringing together key stakeholders (business, technology, legal, risk, compliance, control, etc.)
- Provide guidance to the investment roadmap for respective B2B and P2P features and product development
- Provide regular updates on the respective C2B, B2B, P2P activities of market players and on relevant fintech and partnership opportunities to the lines of business and the payments council

- 5 years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 8 years of experience working in a payments organization or consulting firm serving payments clients to possess a deep understanding of the payments business
- Experience with C2B, B2B, and P2P products including but not limited to: cards, checks, RTP, wires, ACH, lockbox, digital payment solutions, etc.
- Experience in program management for large transformation programs
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities often on a tight timeline
- Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
- Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals
- Strategic planning experience in translating leadership vision into executable strategies and initiatives
- Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
- Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
- Experience developing and executing communication strategies by collaborating with large, matrixed teams
- Ability to manage large complex cross-matrix organization that includes: multiple business, technology and risk disciplines with direct leadership; the development of the strategy for information security; and implementation of roadmaps for the Enterprise
- Strong risk management and compliance skills
- Knowledge and understanding of audit, regulatory compliance, or risk management
- Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
- Ability to motivate staff to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- A BS/BA degree or higher
