About this role:
The Exam Management Team (EMT), within Enterprise Customer Excellence (ECE), is seeking an Engagement Oversight Management Lead. In this role you will be have two focus areas. The first is EMT operational management by developing, implementing and ongoing oversight of the EMT Program infrastructure. This role will be key to insuring processes, processes, tools, reporting, change management, communication, etc. with the team are well managed. This role will also assist with team and executive level meeting material preparation and delivery. The second part of the role is leading complex ECE exams and testing initiatives, including Audits, Control Testing, IT&V Testing, External Exams and validations, etc. In this role you will lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan and execute testing activities. You will work with ECE Leadership, LOB Executive Office Teams, Audit, Control, Legal, IT&V, Regulatory Relations, and other key stakeholders to ensure all requests are fulfilled accurately and completely.

In this role, you will:
- Be responsible for the EMT Functional Playbook for updates and ensuring adherence
- Preparation of meeting materials for the team and executive level meetings
- Collaborate with the team for updates, publishing and change management to the processes and procedures
- Be responsible for a complex SharePoint for updates, permissions, transitions, etc.
- Provide oversight to other operational needs such as records retention, BCP updates, etc.

Partner with request leads to plan and execute testing initiatives, including:
- Understand the requestor needs and timeline
- Define working agreements
- Identify necessary stakeholders and build a working team
- Assign work and monitor progress
- Schedule and facilitate check in meetings
- Ensure all requests are of high quality, on time with all the necessary approvals
- Provide oversight to your working team
- Produce reporting as needed from daily/detailed and executive level reporting
- Act as a point of escalation for any initiative risks or issues
- Support other projects or initiatives as needed
- 5 years of Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, or Business Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience in Management Consulting, Strategy Consulting, Business Operations, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience and understanding of Enterprise Customer Excellence (ECE)
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize work, process multiple tasks simultaneously, identify stakeholders, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Proven leadership ability to drive successful execution of business initiatives
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner
- Strength in speaking with candor and credibility challenging others to do and be their best
- Experience and interaction with internal audit/testing functions
- Experience and understanding of Enterprise Complaints Management and Customer Remediation Center of Excellence
- Experience with exam management activities
- Experience with ECMP (Enterprise Complaint Management Portal)
- Capability of working in a rapidly changing, highly complex matrixed environment
- Experience with SHRP, the Issue Management Policy, and Corrective Action management
- 50% in office schedule
- Limited travel
