Wells Fargo is seeking an Identity Access Management Manager. The Identity and Access Management Manager will have oversight of a team of Identity Access Management Product Owners for several Identity Access Management capability areas.
In this role, you will:
- Manage and develop a team of individual contributors who are product owners and or business analyst for Identity Access Management products which vary from, low to moderate complexity and risk
- Provide support and drive strategic initiatives for Identity Access Management products, applications and processes
- Maintain an advanced awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to information security
- Identify security risks and solutions for Identity Access Management products, networks and virtual private network applications, security tools, public key infrastructures, authentication and directory services, and access management services
- Formulate and implement Identity Access Management solutions and controls
- Make decisions and resolve issues regarding changes to Identity Access Management security policy, standards, and procedures as needed for Identity Access Management systems, applications, and tools
- Recommend Identity Access Management compliance and risk management requirements and work with other stakeholders to implement Identity Access Management key risk initiatives
- Lead complex Identity Access Management products and initiatives impacting one or more business lines
- Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
- Lead team to achieve objectives
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Information Security Analysis
- Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent
- 4 years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2 years of Leadership experience
- 5 years Identity Access Management experience
- Ability to manage in a matrixed organization environment
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Ability to positively influence, motivate, and direct diverse teams
- Ability to take an active role in the education, mentoring and training of less experienced team members
- Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
