Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Specialist responsible for activities that support the operational infrastructure, performance, and efficiency.
In this role, you will:
- Research and resolve moderately complex operational tasks, accountable for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure to include originating source documents, data adherence to regulations, processing payments, resolve discrepancies and process unique rejects or exceptions
- Work under close supervision, follow established procedures, identify opportunities to determine appropriate course of action within defined scope of responsibility
- Review and analyze inquiries and operational challenges that require research, evaluation
- Consult with management for more complex issues to assist with appropriate course of required action
- Analyze and present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgment while developing of understanding of policies, procedures and compliance regulations
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
- 2 years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Knowledge and understanding of consumer related remediation policy, process, and procedures
- CRCOE knowledge
- 1 year previous remediation execution experience
- Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to be flexible and adjust plans quickly to meet changing business needs Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
- Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
- Ability to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationships Ability to navigate through ambiguity and maintain momentum driving for results and clarity in uncertain situations
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and attention to detail and quality deliverables
- Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge with 1OFC, iTOP, CARS, Innovis, LexisNexis, EFS, HELMS
- Advanced Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel skill
- Must be able to report to the physical office
- Must be able to work overtime as needed
