About this role:

In this role you will:
- Builds strong relationships with hiring managers and provides them with guidance on all aspects of the talent acquisition process and OFCCP compliance
- Participate in recruiting and selecting, contact center, operational, or early career individuals from internal and external sources
- Assist hiring managers in defining and validating key position requirements, sourcing strategies, and reviewing affirmative action goals
- Review candidate's information to determine if job qualifications are met
- Develops and maintains effective working relationships in the local community to source qualified candidates and build pipelines for future openings.
- Handles a high volume of requisitions, capturing requisition data, and reviewing candidate information to determine if job qualifications are met.
- Conducts phone screens and consults with management to recommend candidates to move forward in the selection process within recruiting and HR policy. For some areas may conduct the interview and make hiring decisions on behalf of the Hiring Manager.
- Provides candidates with status updates and information on the company to ensure positive candidate experience
- Complete all process requirements including dispositioning candidates, and ensuring compliance with all policy and regulatory requirements
- Receive direction from Recruiting supervisor and exercise judgment within defined parameters while developing understanding of Recruiting functional area, policies, procedures, Human Resources, or compliance requirements
- Develop and sustain constructive working relationships with recruiters, staffing compliance team members, line HR teams and hiring managers.
- Ensure diversity of the candidate pools.

Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of recruiting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
- Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
- Experience recruiting for multiple job openings simultaneously
- Experience building partnerships and consulting effectively with leadership
- Strong risk management and compliance skills
- Strong organizational, multi- tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
- Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Ability to build and execute sourcing and or outreach strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool
- Applicant tracking systems experience
- Internet sourcing experience
- Multiple openings across the Recruiting/Talent Acquisition Strategy & Development team available supporting all of Wells Fargo's lines of business and support functions. Additionally, some openings require support for specific regions or time zones (i.e. eastern standard, central standard and pacific standard time office hours).
- Multiple Hiring Managers. Position will report to any one of the Recruiting Managers across the team(s) that have an open position(s).
