The Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Office focuses on achieving quality performance across our businesses to enable the company to execute more effectively against our regulatory priorities and further drive our transformation.

The Enterprise Process Librarian (EPL) will focus on providing user support and education to Business Process Management (BPM) practitioners and stakeholders across all lines of businesses.  This position will be responsible for helping to drive the assimilation of Enterprise iGrafx-based architecture standards and practices into the organization’s daily business architecture.

Responsibilities:

• Business Process Architecture Expert – Be an expert in industry-wide accepted business process architecture practices and standards and understand how iGrafx promotes and supports those practices and standards.
• iGrafx Tool Expert – Be an iGrafx expert in all areas of the tool suite and what the tool can do
• iGrafx Functional Expert - Provides functional subject matter expertise in support of how the iGrafx tool can be used by the organization and how tool use fits into the overall operational and production-oriented activities.
• iGrafx Coach and Mentor - Provides coaching & mentoring on the use of iGrafx to business and business process practitioners
• iGrafx Reporting Expert – Be knowledgeable on iGrafx reporting and how the tool can support business needs through reporting including running database and/or SQL queries and integrating additional reporting tools such as Tableau.
• Compliance Support Facilitator – Promote iGrafx support of capabilities associated with the Identification, documentation, remediation and management of issues related to policy and standards compliance.
• iGrafx Tool Suite Onboarding Facilitator - Provide onboarding support to the delivery team when bringing a new LOB onto iGrafx
• iGrafx Data Use Facilitator - Promote iGrafx support of capabilities associated with enterprise level governance reporting
• iGrafx Object Maintenance Facilitator – Provide tool support and expertise for performing enterprise object & general library maintenance activities
• iGrafx Configuration Facilitator - Document and execute on requests for iGrafx configuration and enhancement changes
• Architecture Taxonomy Expert - Teach and coach users on proper use of Process Taxonomy

• 8+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: administrative support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning demonstrated through work or military experience

• A BS/BA degree or higher
• Advanced facilitation skills
• Financial services industry experience
• Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
• Ability to manage complex projects in a large enterprise environment
• Ability to take on a high level of responsibility, initiative, and accountability
• Facilitation skills, including ability to facilitate decision-making and broker agreements amongst diverse, differing, and/or conflicting perspectives/priorities
• Highly refined and professional verbal and written communications
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong collaboration and partnering skills
• iGrafx, ProVision or other enterprise process modeling experience

• 10+ years of process improvement/engineering experience
• 2+ years of Enterprise Architecture experience
• 5 years of productively navigating in a Windows/Microsoft environment
• VBA or scripting experience
• Knowledge of  APQC PCF(American Productivity and Quality Center Process Classification Framework)
• Modeling tools experience - iGrafx experience preferred, Flowcharter, Collaboration Management, Simulation (subject matter expert in entire tool suite)
• Experience in Business Process Management practices

• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
