Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company’s financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company’s shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.
The successful individual will serve as a Finance Manager on the Funds Transfer Pricing (FTP) team which is part of the Cross-Enterprise Finance Applications Support & Strategy organization and be able to drive change across the organization by establishing standard processes and methodologies, developing operational rigor and controls, and building effective partnerships within and across teams. The funds transfer pricing team focuses on the execution of the Management Close process by supporting the Enterprises application for the internal funding of millions of financial instrument records (loans, lines, time deposits, etc). This includes the capture of 20 thousand Daily/Month Rates and System of Record data and utilizing the FTP system to process and calculate (via cash flows or term lookup) FTP rates by running methodologies determined by the Corporate Treasury Financial Performance Measurement (FPM) team and matching to the appropriate yield/rate curve. This role will partner closely with the FPM team to identify and remediate gaps between current processes and future funds transfer pricing methodologies. Additionally, the position will play a critical role in translating new methodology and concepts into executable business requirements working closely with technology for the requirements, design, testing, and documentation for the FTP Go-Forward Project.
The leader will drive application strategy and execution to support Treasury in Matched Maturity FTP and execute on the implementation of the FTP Migration project.
