About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking an Institutional Investment Operations Associate in FX Investigations as a part of Corporate Investment Banking.
This position is for a Foreign Exchange (FX) Investigator. An FX Investigator takes part in the exception resolution process by researching complex accounting exceptions using multiple applications and taking action leading to a quality outcome for the customer and Wells Fargo.
In this role, you will:

Interact successfully with Internal Partners such as Sales, Customer Service, and several levels of management.

Strong written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to explain issues simply and clearly

Work independently but come together with others to achieve a team goal Minimum 1-2 years of customer-facing customer service experience

Strong time management skills
Required Qualifications, US:
-
6 months of Institutional Investment Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:

1-2 years FX Investigations and/or Wires & Payments experience

Knowledge of Opics Plus, Midas Plus, IntelliMatch, and Hogan

Knowledge of Pega

Ability to work across multiple work streams to analyze business processes to determine appropriate solutions
