In this role, you will:
- Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic counselor to Operations executive(s)
- Support implementation of an annual communications strategy, in partnership with other communications teams across the enterprise, to ensure alignment of strategies and messages.
- Develop and implement communications strategies and plans that drive employee-engagement priorities and effectively convey key labor relations updates
- Identify strategic storytelling opportunities that promote employee engagement and key initiatives
- Lead innovative approaches and write compelling content leveraging multiple channels for creative and effective storytelling
- Track and measure results to ensure they are in line with intended outcomes and business objectives
Required Qualifications:
- 5 years of Public Relations, Media Relations or Corporate Communications experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Experience developing integrated communications strategies and plans for major corporations
- Experience communicating with a unionized and non-unionized workforce, and familiarity with U.S. labor law
- Experience preparing senior leaders on high profile issues and delivery of internal communications
- Experience building strong relationships and collaborating across large organizations
- Experience writing and developing compelling content across various social, internal, and digital channels
- Experience presenting information that persuades, and enhances understanding at all levels
