In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a team of Business Execution Consultants while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility
- Drive development and execution of the Labor Relations, Employee Life Cycle Events, HR Governance and Employee Relations Product Delivery
- Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives
- Manage the product delivery process and maintain a high bar for delivery excellence
- Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans
- Interpret procedures and processes, and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk
- Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business
- Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution
- Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy
- 4 years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 2 years Leadership experience
- 2 years of people management experience
- 4 years of functional HR Systems product and/or business analyst experience (e.g., Workday, Peoplesoft, SAP, ServiceNow, Oracle, or similar) preferably in a global environment with multiple integrations
- Experience working within HR domains, such as Labor Relations, Employee life cycle events, HR Risk, and/or Regulatory Governance
- Experience leading Agile teams
- Experience with data and reporting system integrations across HR upstream and downstream
- Experience leading and facilitating workshops and discussions to effectively gather requirements and achieve a detailed understanding of how to meet client objectives and desired outcomes
- Experience building relationships at senior levels and ability to drive decision making through a consensus building approach
- Experience influencing and managing cross-functional work streams to execute projects with quality and on-time
- Experience leading HR Systems projects in a complex environment with technical partners
- Experience managing budget and financials for the organization
- Experience interpreting business and technical needs and experience integrating systems with third-party service vendors
- Product-level experience with unionizations (union vs non-union)
