In this role, you will:
- Provide on-going campaign management of critical marketing campaigns across Branch, Financial Health and Consumer Strategy teams. Campaigns include ATM, In-branch support, digital, and paid media and innovation
- Gather information across the team for management reports and recommendations related to marketing programs
- Act with urgency to coordinate tasks across teams yet ensures process steps are met while managing risk
- Continuous project management and time management skills with the ability to clearly articulate a problem/opportunity, with COEs/partners to gain their support and flawlessly execute with reduced risk and within deadlines.
- Report and recommend improvements to management regarding marketing and sales materials within marketing
- Exercise independent judgment to guide campaigns
- Ensure initiatives are executed in accordance with objectives and align with brand and corporate technology standards
- Exercise independent judgment while developing expertise in legal, compliance, privacy regulations and policies related to marketing
- Collaborate and consult with other product marketing areas, technology, customer care, organizational units, alliance partners marketing team, business partners and outside vendors to ensure successful implementation and execution of marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications, US:
- 2 years of Marketing, E-business, Digital Marketing, Digital Platform experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Undergraduate degree
Desired Qualifications:
- 3 years of marketing campaign management and execution experience
- Degree in Marketing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Demonstrates the ability to translate and prioritize initiatives with clear, actionable deliverables and timing
- Ability to successfully juggle multiple campaign execution tasks while meeting aggressive timelines
Job Expectations:
- Ability to travel up to 5% of the time

Marketing Consultant #2 will support the CSBB Marketing Innovation and Mass Market Strategy team
Pay Range
$63,600.00 - $113,000.00 AnnualBenefits
