Join the CSBBs Marketing Channels team, which leads channel planning, optimization, and management of Wells Fargo’s paid and owned media channels in support of marketing campaigns across multiple lines of business. We are searching for a dynamic, advertising and data technology expert to join the Paid Media Platforms and Innovation Team. The role works closely with and supports our paid media teams that deploy advertising strategies and campaigns to drive growth, engagement, and brand outcomes. This position will report to the Head of Media Platforms and Innovation.
The chosen candidate is a thought leader on emerging digital technology who will have an in-depth understanding of paid media, advertising platforms, digital data and how to leverage them to activate and optimize digital advertising to improve performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support development and execution of Wells Fargo’s advertising technology vision, identifying evaluating and onboarding new digital platform and solutions to optimize, buy and measure paid media.
- Lead and support initiatives and programs to advance Wells Fargo’s AdTech stack that align with emerging industry trends and best practices.
- Represent line of business partners and paid media campaign managers in digital advertising capability discussions to ensure business needs are addressed and incorporated into capability and roadmap planning
- Drive adoption of new digital marketing solutions across the Enterprise through education and socialization
- Support Wells Fargo’s Audience and Media Subject Matter Experts to execute targeting and media strategies through the enablement of data and platforms
- Partner with Marketing Capabilities Center of Excellence to roll-out new capabilities at scale, including support for operational and governance model for new capabilities.
- Partner with internal Technology, Product and Marketing Capabilities to optimize existing capabilities and activate new capabilities to meet future state Marketing needs.

Required Qualifications
4 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms (i.e mobile or social media) demonstrated through work or military experience
Desired Qualifications
Experience designing, planning and creating solutions to support innovative learning initiatives- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Other Desired Qualifications
- Proven experience and knowledge in advertising technology and digital data
- Experience managing digital advertising and marketing technology (Google Marketing Platform, Google Cloud Platform, Audience Management Platforms such as Adobe Audience Manager and Sales Force, LiveRamp, Facebook)
- Understanding of analytic platforms such a Google Analytics/Adobe Analytics
- Understanding of tag management systems such as Tealium and Google Tag Manager
- Experience designing and supporting paid digital advertising campaigns across channels ( digital, mobile)
- Experience working with technology and product counterparts in a large matrixed organization
- Experience working with media and creative agencies
