Wells Fargo is seeking an Operations Associate in Chief Operating Office Audit, providing coverage in: Operations, Regulatory and Policy Affairs, Enterprise Customer Excellence, Sales Practices Oversight and Management, and Strategic Execution and Operations. It also includes the Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group, Corporate Security, Enterprise Business Resiliency, Strategic Programs and Process Improvement, Enterprise Change Management, Supply Chain Management, and Data Management and Insights. In this role, you will:
- Participate in variety of operational tasks for low to moderately complex processes or functions
- Develop working knowledge of company policies and procedures and identify ways for efficiencies and improvements
- Review basic issues, policies or procedures for which answers can be quickly obtained, related to low to medium risk tasks and deliverables
- Perform batching, filing, photocopying, faxing, mail distribution and taking phone messages
- Maintain records, compile statistics, process employment applications, salary increases, and data entry
- Receive direction from supervisor and exercise independent judgment while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Required Qualifications:
- 6 months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with customer remediation projects
- SharePoint, Shared Risk Platform (SHRP) experience
- Ability to exercise judgement to identify and resolve problems
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to produce high quality results while meeting Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver on commitments
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and strong partnership with business partners and other support functions
- Experience collaborating with other functional areas
Job Expectations:
- Ability to work on-site (with some flexibility) at stated location of the job opening
- Ability to work with multiple computer systems
- Must be able to report to the physical location
