Wells Fargo Corporate Security consists of a team of over 400 professionals, who wake up each day and commit their every effort to protecting and serving Wells Fargo team members, customers, and shareholders. They are responsible for the safety and security of Wells Fargo team members, customers and assets.
This Security Agent 2 position will:
Provide a wide range of investigative, training, consulting and risk based security products and services to all Wells Fargo business units and team members located within the assigned geographic regions and/or business functions. These services are provided in order to reduce or prevent the potential for criminal acts against company assets, team members, and customers and to minimize the losses when these acts do occur.
Serve as the primary physical security client contact for the assigned area of responsibility and functions under a moderate degree of supervision and guidance with limited exposure to business line senior management.
Serve as the first line incident responder to potential or actual incidents of bank and other types of robberies, burglaries, workplace violence, thefts and other incidents 24 hours a day – in order to conduct comprehensive investigations and risk assessments.
Participate in the physical security planning process for new facilities, facility remodels, ATM installations and corporate mergers and acquisitions for security equipment review and policy requirements.
Serve in a leadership role on project teams and as a lead consultant in high profile investigations.
Provides training to lines of business on appropriate security and risk mitigation strategies.
Provides comprehensive written and verbal communications to senior management relative to significant security incidents, enhancements, projects and other matters as appropriate.
