About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Recruiting Manager (Sourcing Manager in Human Resources as part of the Targeted Sourcing Team, supporting the Diversity Sourcing Group (DSG). This role reports to the head of Targeted Sourcing and will be responsible for providing leadership in the strategic planning, managing of projects and execution of diversity sourcing initiatives aligned with Talent Acquisition Strategy & Delivery (TASD) efforts. In this role, you will:
Lead a team of Senior Sourcing Specialists to support Wells Fargo’s Talent Acquisition DE&I transformation initiatives
Drive sourcing capability and strategy for delivering talent to find and source top diverse talent across the enterprise to deliver against hiring goals.
Lead the implementation of a hiring strategy for complex talent pools that addresses short-term and long-term talent supply and demand needs.
Interpret data while collaborating with key stakeholders to identify actionable insights
Act as a consultant to a broad array of stakeholders, and engage in successfully negotiating, influencing, and advising others on moderately complex items
Ensure team is executing on diversity hiring strategies to increase the diversity of hires
Network with external resources, peer organizations, etc. to understand recruiting and market trends impacting the business
Execute communications to enhance culture, reinforce key business strategies and strengthen team member experience and engagement.
Execute capacity management, real-time coaching and performance feedback, and on-going team member development
Foster a one Wells Fargo HR Team; actively participate and engage in leading the role of HR as a strategic partner and control function, role modeling for other enterprise functions.
Required Qualifications
4 years of recruitment experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, or education
2 years of Leadership experience
Desired Qualifications
Experience managing and developing large, dispersed recruiting and /or sourcing teams
Experience in full lifecycle recruiting process
Build and manage effective sourcing strategies, assessment, and closing approaches
Experience supporting talent sourcing programs or initiatives such as career talent development, lateral recruiting, diversity recruiting or corporate alumni networks
Knowledge and understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) principles
Experience with HR and recruiting systems (Workday)
Talent Acquisition Project/Program Management Experience
Knowledge and understanding of HR policies, practices, and procedures, including an understanding of legal and OFCCP recruiting requirements
Experience consulting with peers, leaders and business partners
Job Expectations:
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time

Pay Range:
NYC- Pay Range: $115,900- $206, 100 annual
Salary range is determined by location of the job
