Summary:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Business Execution and contribute to large-scale planning related to Business Execution deliverables. Review and analyze moderately complex Business Execution challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to the resolution of moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet Business Execution deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. Collaborate with client personnel in Business Execution.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, utilizing Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Follow the team’s engagement process, ensuring requirements have leadership approval before building a solution.
- Gather business requirements from partners and stakeholders then translate them into SharePoint solutions.
- Follow our solution standards to create intuitive applications that have a common look and feel.
- Provide regular progress updates on assigned activities, and work queue assignments.
- Participate in project and team meetings providing clear status updates and support peers with their assignments as needed.
- Keep requests current in our work queue from end to end, through standard software development lifecycle phases, % complete, status and notes.
- Thoroughly test SharePoint solutions before providing them to a business partner for review.
- Report and track bugs and request support when issues arise.
- Work both independently and collaboratively to complete tasks on or before agreed to deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
- Experience developing Power Apps/ Power Automate.
- Experience with SharePoint development
- Experience working with SharePoint Online
- Knowledge and understanding of maintaining and updating SharePoint team sites
- Experience developing SharePoint project tracking workflows
- Demonstrated ability to gather and translate business needs and processes into an effective online strategy
- Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Experience building/editing dynamic forms using InfoPath and/or DFFS
- History of working with Jira, and creating Jira solutions
- Experience writing/editing website copy
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint) skills
- Experience working within PowerBI
