What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Consultant III position at WellSky?
WellSky is seeking a Clinical Consultant III to join our team. A Clinical Consultant III is responsible for the coordination and execution of project activities during implementation and training of software to clients implementing WellSky Home solutions. Ensures project success, satisfaction of contractual obligations, and transition of clients to a post-implementation client experience program during the professional services engagement.
A day in the life!
You will be responsible for the following:
- Working directly with project managers, project teams and client personnel to conduct implementation tasks independently through the life cycle of the project.
- Lead client meetings to ensure the implementation tasks for each phase are executed properly and in a timely manner.
- Delivering end-user training to maximize use of their system.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of worked time and other client deliverables according to established standards and procedures to ensure proper billing and revenue recognition.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions, including business process workflow design and mapping.
- Devise solutions to client problems based on limited information by adapting existing approaches to resolve issues.
- Use evaluation and judgement to select the right course of action for problem solving.
Do you have what it takes?
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 4-6 years related work experience.
- Required clinical credentials for care setting (i.e. RN, PharmD, ect)
- Proven ability to transfer knowledge in workplace, classroom or instructional setting.
- Experience driving successful client engagements and delivering high impact presentations.
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.

- Experience creating a best-in-class services reputation.
- Knowledge of industry workflows within specific care settings.
- Understanding of WellSky system administration and configuration.
- Prefer but not required understanding of WellSky Home Health system administration and configuration.
- Home Health experience.
